IDL buy, market & sell industrial assets & when required combine sales with decontamination & decommissioning, dismantling & demolition to provide total solutions with a single point of contact.
Where programme, client and environmental requirements dictate IDL can purchase assets outright or offer a credit against project costs.
Alternatively & where the timeframe permits IDL can promote the assets on behalf of clients for our mutual benefit. Sales can be private treaty, public/sealed bid , on line auctions or any combination of these.
Assets are promoted globally to our existing customer database through targeted mailings and email campaigns, exposure through our global network of partners, web presence and advertisements in industry specific journals.
